Welcome to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) web site for the Williams Communications, LLC's fiber optic cable. The CPUC is reviewing an application to install certain facilities of the Sentry Marysville Project in Sacramento, Yuba, and Butte Counties, California.

The CPUC, through its Environmental Review Team, is also conducting an environmental review of the project.
