RE: Variance Request Number 8 - Conduct construction activities from Monday 9:00 p.m. to Saturday 5:30 a.m. in the City of Los Angeles, between the intersection of College Street and N. Spring Street, to Slauson Avenue.
Dear Mr. Shauers:
We have reviewed the above-referenced variance request, and our decision follows.
Approved; however, the following measures shall be implemented:
All applicable mitigation measures for the project shall be implemented at the subject location.
Authorization to construct under this variance approval shall be limited to the time period of July 1, 1997 to April 3, 1998, in accordance with the Los Angeles Police Commission conditional variance approval.
Authorization to construct under this variance approval shall be rescinded if the Los Angeles Police Commission conditional variance approval is revoked.
A CPUC/ANF Environmental Monitor shall be present during construction activities to ensure the implementation of this variance in accordance with the provisions noted above.
