Publication of a Final Mitigated Negative Declaration (FMND)

Public Information Meeting
The CPUC held a public information meeting on January 4, 2006 at the Sonoma Valley Regional Library Forum Room, between 6:30 and 8:30pm.
Publication of a Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration (DMND)
On December 9, 2005 a Draft MND for PG&E’s Lakeville-Sonoma 115 kV Transmission Line Project A.04-11-011 was published by the CPUC. The comment period for the Draft MND ended on January 9, 2006. The Draft MND can be viewed by clicking on the link in the sidebar on this page.
On April 13, 2005, PG&E filed an ammendment to its Application. This ammendment revised several aspects of the proposed project. To view this ammendment click here [pdf, 1.6mb]. PG&E has filed a response to the intervenors.
On November 17, 2004, PG&E filed an Application, (A.04-11-011), for a Permit to Construct (PTC), including a Proponent's Environmental Assessment (PEA). The proposed project consists of upgrading an approximately 7.2 mile 115 kV transmission line and modifications to PG&E's Lakeville and Sonoma substations both located in sothern Sonoma County. Following this filing, several intervenors filed protests to this application. PG&E has filed a response to the intervenors.
