March 2018 Final EIR/EIS

The MPWSP Final EIR/EIS is now available for download. Hard copies are available for public review during normal business hours at the offices of the Lead Agencies (CPUC in San Francisco and MBNMS in Monterey). Please email MPWSP-EIR@esassoc.com or montereybay@noaa.gov if you would like to make an appointment to review a hard copy, or to receive a CD of the Final EIR/EIS.

January 2017 Draft EIR/EIS

All comment letters received on the Draft EIR/EIS are posted at www.regulations.gov. Type in NOAA-NOS-2016-0156 and there is a link to view all documents.

The MPWSP Draft EIR/EIS is available for public review. Comments received by March 29, 2017 will be responded to in a Final EIR/EIS. The Notice of Availability is available here.

The North Marina Groundwater Model input and output listing files (149 mb) can be downloaded here and are provided as-is: neither the CPUC nor its consultants will provide any sort of technical support. The data correspond to the model scenarios reported in the January 2017 MPWSP Draft EIR/EIS.  All model scenarios must be run with the MODFLOW2000 executable program, available for download at https://water.usgs.gov/nrp/gwsoftware/modflow2000/modflow2000.html

The NMGWM2016 (historic matching run) is available for download (178 mb). This calibrated version of the NMGWM2016 is in native MODFLOW format with all supporting files, including the "nm_cali.hob file which defines the head calibration targets.
