(PG&E) North San Jose Capacity Project (Application Number A.98-06-001). This site provides

||BACKGROUND In response to CPUC General Order No. 131-D, PG&E has applied for a permit to construct the 115kV - 21kV distribution substation, called the Nortech Substation and two 115 kVpower lines in the cities of San Jose and Santa Clara, Santa Clara County.
