Notice of Availability (NOA) & Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR)

On February 11, 2005, the CPUC published a NOA and an FEIR for SCG's A.99-05-029 to inform the pubic of the availability for the FEIR for public review.

Public Hearing

A public hearing for this project was held on Monday, June 28, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. at the Westchester Municipal Building Community Room, located at 7166 W. Manchester Street, Los Angeles, California.

Notice of Availability (NOA) & Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR)

On June 4, 2004, the CPUC published an NOA and DEIR for SCG's A.99-05-029 to inform the pubic of the availability for the DEIR for public review. Notice of Preparation (NOP) of a Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) & Initial Study

On September 2, 2003 the CPUC published a NOP and associated Initial Study for SCG’s A.99-05-029 to inform the pubic of its intent to prepare an EIR. In order to ensure that the EIR addresses all appropriate environmental concerns, the NOP and associated Initial Study are provided define the scope of analysis in the EIR. Public comments during the CEQA-required 30-day EIR scoping period can be submitted to the CPUC by means described on the "Contact Information" page by clicking on the sidebar on this page.
