Welcome to the CPUC’s Mohave Generating Station Project Public Involvement Web site. The CPUC is reviewing an application from Southern California Edison to sell its majority ownership in the Mohave Generating Station located in Laughlin, Nevada. The application is part of a CPUC general proceeding before Assigned Commissioner Richard Bilas and Administrative Law Judge Robert Barnett. The CPUC invites public involvement in the review process.

CURRENT EVENTS


On February 9, 2000, the CPUC held two public meetngs to discuss the proposed sale of the Mohave Generating Station and the environmental review. Each meeting consisted of a presentation and a question and answer period.
