Please read this notice before proceeding!

March 3, 2016

As of January 1, 2016, only prepaid wireless providers are required to report and remit the new prepaid MTS surcharge in Telecommunications Users Fee Filing System (TUFFS). All other carriers will continue to report their total intrastate revenue subject to surcharge and remit their payments to the six Public Purpose Programs in TUFFS for those services that are not prepaid wireless telephone services.

Please be sure that you are reporting payment for the correct surcharge type for which you are obligated to report and remit for. Submitting payment for the incorrect surcharge or fee type will result in payment rejection. After payment rejection you will be liable for any penalties and accrued interest applicable to your payment obligation. For more information on how to report your revenue in TUFFS, please see the TUFFS User Guide.
