2013-2017 Evaluation

Energy Division and the IOUs collaborated on an Evaluation Plan for energy efficiency programs that comprise the 2013-2016 program cycle. The evaluation plan includes specific sector approaches, including market, process, and impact evaluations, as well as proposed budgets. This Plan update reflects prioritization of studies and allocation of funds for EM&V in D.14-10-046. Read the Evaluation Plan here.
