Michael Colvin first joined the CPUC in 2008, and in that time has worked on a variety of issues including Greenhouse Gas emissions reduction policy, Qualifying Facilities, Electric Energy Storage, Energy Efficiency, Risk Assessment, General Rate Cases, Cost of Capital, and utility safety matters. He was an advisor to former Commissioner Mark J. Ferron for three years and to Commissioner Catherine J.K. Sandoval for a year.
