The Federal-State Joint Conference on Advanced Services serves as a forum for ongoing dialogue among the FCC, state regulators, and local and regional entities regarding the deployment of advanced communications capabilities and related issues. The conference will be held on November 19, 2014, immediately following the meeting of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners Convention in San Francisco (November 17-19).
