PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION
505 VAN NESS AVENUE
SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94102-3298
July 18, 2003
TO: COMPETITIVE LOCAL EXCHANGE CARRIERS AND NONDOMINANT
INTEREXCHANGE CARRIERS INTERESTED IN PETITION (P.) 02-12-039
The Administrative Law Judge's (ALJ) Revised Draft Decision in P.02-12-039 proposes to initiate a rulemaking to amend General Order (GO) 77-K to increase the executive compensation level that triggers reporting under GO 77-K. The rulemaking would also examine whether Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs) and Nondominant Interexchange Carriers (NDIECs) should be exempted from the provisions of GO 77. This revised draft decision replaces the ALJ's draft decision mailed to the service list for P.02-12-039 on June 27, 2003.
The ALJ's Revised Draft Decision in P.02-12-039 is available at the Commission's web site:
http://www.cpuc.ca.gov. See "Proceedings," and then find "Currently Open for Comment."
Parties who require a paper copy of this revised draft decision should direct their request to the Commission's Central Files office at 415-703-2045.
