The California Public Utilities Commission (PUC) and the Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission (CEC) will jointly:
_ Discuss continuing implementation of the 2003 Energy Action Plan;
_ Discuss, review, and seek comment on a new 2005 Energy Action Plan;
_ Review the electric supply/demand outlook for the summer 2005; and,
_ Discuss other current energy events, and topics of joint interest.
A final agenda for the meeting will be available on both the PUC ( www.cpuc.ca.gov) and CEC ( www.energy.ca.gov) web sites. Documents and presentations for the meeting will also be posted to these web-sites as they become available.
No decisions will be made at this public meeting. A quorum of Commissioners from the California Public Utilities Commission may be present. Any person who wishes to address the members may do so by signing up at the start of the meeting. Public comments will be limited given the time constraints of the members; individual speakers should expect to have no more than 3 minutes.
