NOTICE OF WORKSHOP

TO ALL PARTIES:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Utilities Commission of the State of California has set a workshop in the above-entitled matter before Administrative Law Judge Dorothy Duda, for May 4, 2006, at 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., in the Hiram W. Johnson State Office Building - San Diego Room A/B/C, 455 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California.

At the workshop, Energy Division staff will answer questions regarding their proposals for performance-based incentives, incentives for technologies other than photo-voltaics, energy efficiency standards, administration of the residential retrofit portion of solar programs, and metering requirements. The Energy Division staff proposal on these topics will be issued to all parties prior to the workshop.
