Interim Consumer Education Program
Workshop Agenda

Goal:  To evaluate progress in developing the Commission's Interim Consumer Education Program, to hear everyone's suggestions on its development and to determine our next steps.  Goal is to announce the program's design and launch by June 29.

Break 30 minutes to get lunch and come back to brown bag discussions

  • What other information does the Outreach Committee need from the Content group?
  • Does the content format meet the needs of the groups that the Outreach Committee is targeting?
  • Does Outreach agree with the idea of providing more detailed information for advocates to use?
  • What are we doing to accommodate consumers with disabilities?
  • Bill messages and text messaging, what should the message say?
