The purpose of these meetings is to gather public input on the experiences of Limited English Proficient (LEP) telecommunications consumers and the availability of and access to in-language telecommunications information. Information gathered in these meetings will contribute to the Commission's LEP needs assessment ordered in Decision 06-03-013. Participants are encouraged to comment on the Needs Assessment draft study plan. Commissioners may attend this workshop. Please note that no proceedings will be acted upon or decisions voted out.
