The CRSAC, an advisory committee of the Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program, serves in an advisory capacity to the Telecommunications Access for the Deaf and Disabled Administrative Committee (TADDAC) in connection with the provision of relay services mandated by Section 2881 of the Public Utilities Code, for providing telecommunications access for persons with functional limitations of hearing, vision, movement, manipulation, speech, cognition, and interpretation of information.
