Working Group Responses to Technical Questions
The 33% RPS Implementation Analysis Working Group and Transmission Constrained Working Group, which were formed in August 2008 to guide development of the 33% RPS Implementation Analysis Preliminary Results report, were asked to respond to technical questions specific to the report. The working groups’ responses to the technical questions are provided below. Some of the stakeholders who responded to the technical questions also provided general comments, which are provided above.
