The CSI Program Administrators are required by D.07-05-047 to provide a semi-annual Expense Reports to the CPUC. The Expense Reports detail the administrative and incentive expenditures for the CSI Program Administrators and these reports are up to December 31, 2010.
The California Public Utilities Commission adopted a CSI budget of $2.16 billion from 2007 through 2016 in D.06-08-028 in accordance with SB 1 (Murray, 2006). The CSI Expense Reports provide an overview of the Program Administrator's expenses and include the budgets and expenses for the five program components of the California Solar Initiative. The CSI budget is funded through ratepayer support and the semi-annual Expense Reports are submitted to the Energy Division for review in January and July.
