The Commission's San Diego Office closed permanently effective June 22, 2007 and no longer accepts hand delivered filings. Documents may be filed electronically on the Commission's website.
In the event that you wish to file your document in hard copy, rather than electronically, all documents sent through the mail must be addressed to the Commission's Docket Office in San Francisco, 505 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco, California 94102.
Only hand-delivered documents will be accepted by the Los Angeles office, 320 West 4th Street, Suite 500, Los Angeles.
First-class postage charges to San Francisco must be paid at the time documents are tendered to the Los Angeles office. Payment of postage charges may be made by check or money order.
