If Shut-Off of Your Water Service is Imminent:
In addition to the Low-Income Rate Assistance Programs, water utility customers may also qualify for assistance in arranging a payment plan when shut-off of water service is imminent. This may include instances when a customer initiates a billing complaint or requests an extension of payments within a specific amount of time, or if the customer is elderly, disabled, or a physician certifies that it would be life threatening to discontinue water service.
