Matthew Tisdale is Commissioner Florio's principal advisor on electric policy issues, including renewable energy, demand-side management, the long-term procurement proceeding, the investigation into PG&E's gas pipeline record-keeping practices, and recycled water issues. Matthew joined the CPUC in February 2008 as an analyst in the Division of Ratepayer Advocates. In 2010, Matthew served as advisor to Commissioner Grueneich. Matthew is a graduate of The George Washington University. He holds a Masters in Public Administration and a bachelor's degree in Philosophy.
