Jack Leutza is the former Director of the Communications Division at the CPUC. During his 25 years in the telecommunications regulatory area, Jack has been both a public advocate and decision-maker advisor on telecom industry restructuring, competition, and technology issues. He has represented the CPUC before federal agencies and Congress and was on the staff of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissions telecommunications committee. Jack is a graduate of UC Davis with an economics degree. Most recently, he has been enjoying retirement in Sonoma County since July 2012.
