What We Can Do For You
Traditional Legislative Assistance:
- OGA’s staff has extensive experience in the legislative arena and can assist with legislative analysis, research, testimony and support materials for legislation dealing with our regulated industries. (See our 2008 Legislative Summary.)
Town Halls & Other Forums:
- OGA can help arrange for Commission speakers at district events. Whether the topic is energy efficiency, renewable energy, communications or rail safety, the Commission has some of the world’s foremost experts on key issues working under its roof!
Existing Resources:
- Often Commission activities are at the forefront of “hot” issues like climate change, renewable energy, and video franchising. OGA can provide Commission materials on a wide range of topics for use in presentations, 200 mail programs, or other needs.
Constituent/Consumer Inquiries:
- OGA has well trained staff to assist California consumers and the Members of the Legislature with their constituent inquiries relative to our regulated industries.
