The CPUC will hold a workshop for parties to discuss their rate design proposals filed in response to the Assigned Commissioner’s Ruling requesting proposals. At the Workshop, each party will have the opportunity to give a detailed presentation on specific rate design elements from their proposal. Professor Severin Borenstein of the Haas School of Business UC Berkeley will provide general observations on the proposals. Parties will also have the opportunity to discuss the need for additional workshops.
