This table list the required final SAID, SAIFI, and MAIFI values in accordance with Appendix A of Decision (D.)96-0009-045. It should be noted that electric outage notification (EON) devices were installed during 1994-95 to obtain momentary outage information on automatic non-SCADA sectionalizing devices. This deployment accounts for much of the MAIFI increase noted after 1995.
