Energy Division manages the review of investor-owned utilities’ (IOU) budgets and E3 submission for the 2013-2014 planning period. Energy Division has created workbooks that provide summaries at IOU program, subprogram, and measure levels. The tool provides staff a method to review and resolve any discrepancies in IOU submitted budgets.
Each workbook has a worksheet for budget scenario analysis, program, subprogram, and measure summaries. The introduction worksheet contains detailed explanations for the content of each workbook.
