On June 5, 2008, the Commission put forth in R.06-05-027 an Amended Scoping Memo and Ruling Regarding Phase 2 of Tariff and Standard Contract Implementation for RPS Generators. The purpose of the scoping memo was to investigate various issues related to the feed-in tariff program, including expanding the feed-in tariff from 1.5 MW up to 20 MW. Parties submitted comments on that issue on July 3, 2008. On October 10, 2008, Energy Division issued a Data Request to parties of R.08-08-009 for further information on the matter and received comments on October 24, 2008. Based upon the comments received, Energy Division is issuing a second Data Request for further comment on these issues. Comments in response to the data request will be used to inform the agenda for the February 10, 2009 Workshop.
