Resolutions are prepared by various Commission staff divisions in response to informal utility compliance filings and informal requests that fall outside of formal proceedings.
Energy Resolutions 1950-1999
Commission Electric and Gas Resolutions were scanned from hardcopy to Adobe Acrobat PDF (Portable Document Format) and are posted here. A total of 1,096 Electric Resolutions and 1,428 Gas Resolutions were scanned. You'll need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these files.
This archive of resolutions is not all-inclusive. However, it is the most comprehensive free resource for these documents on the web. In the alternative, Lexis.com has Commission Decisions and Resolutions on a for-fee basis.
