On September 23, 2010 the Commission issued Decision (D).10-09-046 dealing with the California Solar Initiative (CSI) budget. Specifically (in Ordering Paragraph 6), the Commission ordered the CSI Program Administrators to file quarterly reports including the following information:
- All dollars encumbered by the program by residential and non-residential customer segments, including incentives paid and reserved;
- An estimate of the monies that will be needed for each Program Administrator to reach its megawatt program goal;
- Detail by step level to the extent possible.
The first quarterly report, covering budget activity through September 30, 2010, was ordered to be delivered on October 20, 2010. The CSI Program Administrators were ordered to coordinate with the CPUC's Energy Division to ensure consistency in report formatting.
