The PUC's California Solar Initiative (CSI) decision anticipated a number of workshops to explore outstanding program issues. Here is more information on future and past workshops:
- July 14, 2008: Workshop on CSI Dropouts and Incentive Budget
- March 17, 2008: Workshop to review Energy Division's staff proposal for the CSI Low-Income Multifamily Program.
- February 25, 2008: Workshop to discuss Performance Data Provider requirements and protocols.
- August 15, 2007: Workshop to review a proposal for the Low-Income Incentive Program for Multifamily Residences.
- April 30, 2007: Workshop to review a staff-proposed plan for the Low-Income Incentive Program for Single-Family Homes

- December 7, 2006: Workshop to gather input on options for the California Solar Initiative (CSI) marketing and outreach (M&O) plan
- October 12, 2006: Continuation workshop regarding development of the Program Handbook for the California Solar Initiative
- September 7, 2006: Workshop regarding development of the Program Handbook for the California Solar Initiative.
- May 4, 2006: Workshop on proposals for performance-based incentives, incentives for technologies other than photovoltaics, energy efficiency standards, administration of the residential retrofit portion of solar programs, and metering requirements.
- March 23, 2006: Prehearing Conference Regarding the CSI
- March 16, 2006: Performance-Based Incentives (PBI) Workshop - PBI would compensate solar project operators according to the energy output of the project over time.
