Each party that submitted a proposal in advance of the workshop is invited to select one speaker to participate in panel discussions on the topics listed below. The proposals may be accessed online. Parties are encouraged to meet and confer in advance of the workshop to determine if one panelist could be selected to represent similar proposals. Panelists will respond to questions regarding their respective proposals from CPUC staff, other panelists, and workshop participants. Panelists will not be asked to prepare or conduct presentations.
The discussion will focus on the following topics:

- Residential
- Non-residential
- Project size categories
2. Payments
- Payment level and structure
- Hybrid capacity/PBI options
- Length of payment period, discount rate
