Pursuant to the Phase 1 California Solar Initiative (CSI) Decision (D.) 06-08-028 adopted on August 24, 2006, the Energy Division convened a public workshop on Thursday September 7, 2006. The purpose of the workshop was to discuss development of the CSI program handbook including the formation of handbook development sub-groups and a timeline for completion of the handbook prior to January 1, 2007.
The Energy Division will hold a continuation workshop regarding development of the Program Handbook for the California Solar Initiative (CSI) on Thursday, October 12, 2006, from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Hearing Room E at the Commission Headquarters, 505 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco, California. The workshop will be a continuation of the handbook workshop held at the Commission on September 7th.
The purpose of the workshop is to review progress made in drafting the CSI Handbook, following up on the September 7th meeting.

2:30 – 3:30 p.m. Sub-Group Report Back and Unresolved Issues
3:30 – 3:45 p.m. Break
3:45 – 5:00 p.m. Open Floor to Address Unresolved Issues
Subgroups should come prepared to provide status of their handbook development issue and a summary of any unresolved issues they are addressing. Please note there will not be a phone bridge for this workshop.
