The intent of this CSI Program Forum is to provide a public venue for interested parties to identify and discuss the highest priority issues related to the administration and implementation of the California Public Utilities Commission's portion of the CSI program and suggest consensus-based revisions to the CSI Program Handbook. This meeting will not discuss design and implementation of the California Energy Commission's New Solar Homes Partnership and its incentives for new homes.

• Update on priority concerns:
  • Warranty requirements for meters and process for resolution
  • Requirements for independent system reporting and new meters
  • Implementation of metering requirements and meeting customer cost caps;
  • Requests to eliminate the cost cap language on metering requirements for PBI participants.
