The CSI-Thermal program provides rebates to utility customers who install solar thermal systems to replace water-heating systems powered by electricity or natural gas.
On August 2, 2012 the Commission adopted Decision 12-08-008 which modified the Program's incentives, as shown in the tables below. The new rebate levels apply to all applications with an "Application Review" status date after July 3, 2012. For multifamily and commercial applications, the "Application Review" status date is the date by which both the Reservation Request Form and the Incentive Claims Form have been submitted.
