The California Public Utilities Commission makes its decisions based on a written record. If you would like to have your views on issues brought up at the Big Bold workshops in June become a formal part of this record, you may file post workshop comments. However, in order to file comments, one must first become a party to this proceeding (R.06-04-010).
If you would like to become a party, you will be entitled to file comments, appeal Commission decisions and participate in all other ways in the proceeding. If you are not a party, your work in the proceeding (including comments) cannot be considered by the Commission in making its decisions.
To become a party, please contact the Assigned Administrative Law Judge, Kim Malcolm, at kim@cpuc.ca.gov. In your email, provide your name, address, the client or organization you represent and your interest in the proceeding, consistent with Rule 1.4 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. If you would like to receive information about the proceeding and related Commission documents but are not interested in actively participating or becoming a party, your email should state that you would like to be included on the service list in the "Information only" category.
