R.06-04-009 (WS) - Order Instituting Rulemaking to Implement the Commission's Procurement Incentive Framework and to Examine the Integration of Greenhouse Gas Emissions Standards into Procurement Policies. The purpose of this workshop is to address Phase 1 threshold policy and implementation issues for an interim greenhouse gas performance standard.
