RE: Guidance to all Load-Serving Entities (LSEs) Regarding the Upcoming 2007 System and Local Resource Adequacy (RA) Compliance Filings, required by D. 06-06-064 and D.06-07-031 in R.05-12-013 and D.05-10-042 in R.04-04-003.
Energy Division and CEC collaborative staff, in consultation with interested parties, have finalized the following enclosed materials since the July 21, 2006 workshop to assist LSEs in making the required System and Local 2007 Resource Adequacy Filings:
This Guide implements D.06-06-064 regarding Local RAR and D.06-07-031 regarding other Phase I RA Issues. Please read the 2007 RA Filing Guide carefully. There have been many changes to the RA program since issuance of the 2006 RA Filing Guide. Please pay special attention to Section 2, which implements D.06-06-066 regarding confidentiality issues.
