(UP TO 2 POSITIONS MAY BE AVAILABLE)


Salary:

$8.41 - $11.53/hour (based on the number of academic units earned to date)

Hours and Duration:  20 Hours/Week Non-Semester Breaks & 40 Hours/Week Semester Breaks

Description:

The Safety and Enforcement Division, License Section has recently converted all of our paper to electronic files.  Student Assistants will continue these efforts by taking files that have been scanned and create individual files based on criteria provided.  The task will be time consuming but the contribution to the project will be significant.   Student Assistants will be provided detail on the project but expected to work independently.   Student Assistants will have a chance to gain exposure to administrative and/or project management.

General Duties:

  • Separate scanned batched documents and create files unique to specific carriers and file numbers.
  • Scan new documents and append to existing files scanned.
  • Assist in organizing and indexing scanned files.

Requirements:

Candidate must be currently enrolled in a fully accredited University with a grade point average of 2.5 or better. Undergraduate students are encouraged to apply.
