Records of the CPUC's 2004, 2006, 2008, and 2010 Audits of PG&E’s Peninsula Division; records of the CPUC's 2005 and 2009 Audits of PG&E’s San Francisco Division; and records of the CPUC's 2005 and 2008 Audits of PG&E’s Hollister-Milpitas Districts: These documents include letters from the CPUC to PG&E regarding these audits; the audit findings accompanying such correspondence; PG&E’s responses; and in a number of cases, the standard inspection reports associated with these audits.
The CPUC's 2007, 2008, and 2009 audits of PG&E’s operation, maintenance, and emergency plans: These documents include letters from the CPUC to PG&E regarding these audits; the audit findings accompanying such correspondence; PG&E’s responses; and the standard inspection reports associated with these audits.
CPUC 2010 Audit of PG&E’s Integrity Management Program: These documents include letters from the CPUC to PG&E regarding this audit; the audit findings accompanying such correspondence; PG&E’s responses; and the audit protocol associated with this audit. This audit is ongoing and will not be considered closed until the CPUC is satisfied that each item in the audit has been addressed.

Four sets of reports filed by PG&E with the CPUC and/or the Federal Department of Transportation, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA).
- PG&E's Annual Pipeline Replacement Program Reports. In a 1986 decision in a PG&E General Rate Case proceeding, the CPUC directed PG&E to file annual reports on the progress of their Gas Pipeline Replacement Program. These reports are delivered each April and detail the progress made each year and the cumulative progress of the replacement program over the history of the program.
