It is the role of GSRB to inspect the gas pipeline facilities and operations of intrastate gas pipeline operators, to determine compliance with state and federal gas pipeline safety regulations. These regulations are embodied in the Commission’s General Order 112-E (GO 112-E), and 49 Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR) Parts 192, 193, and 199, which are referenced in GO 112-E.
