Final Resolution T-17359 - Revoking Operating Licenses of 106 Telephone Carriers
The Commission adopted Resolution T-17359 on April 19, 2012. Carriers in Appendix A of Resolution T-17359 will have to apply for a new operating authority subject to conditions specified in Ordering Paragraph 4.
NOTICE TO UNDERLYING CARRIERS
Underlying carriers are requested to continue providing service to carriers whose licenses have been revoked for 45 days from the Commission revocation date. This 45 day period will ensure that affected customers do not lose telephone service abruptly and will allow these affected customers to migrate to another carrier.
