On May 26, 2006, defendant pled Nolo Contendre to three counts [PU Code 5371, PU Code 5414.5, PU Code 5371].
Defendant was placed on 36 months summary probation; in lieu of 60 days in jail, he was ordered to do 30 days of Cal Trans work; pay restitution to the court in the amount of $120; pay $1000 investigative costs to the Public Utilities Commission; and ordered to obey all laws, rules and regulations, not operate or advertise or answer his phone, without a PUC license, etc.
