Advice Letters

Small water companies file advice letters for revenue reviews, rather than the formal application process. Small Local Exchange telecommunications carriers have the option of filing an advice letter or filing a formal application for revenue review. All telecommunications and energy utilities may file Advice Letters for minor changes in service or changes to competitive services. In all cases, the Commission may decide the issue is more appropriately reviewed through the formal application process.
