Whom do I contact with a safety concern?

Gas and electric utilities have pamphlets that give safety tips that you should know if you smell gas or experience an earthquake. Call the utility today for a copy. If you have a safety hazard such as a downed live wire, call the utility immediately to report the problem, and keep yourself, others, and pets away. If you smell or hear a gas leak, call the utility immediately to report the leak and stay away from the area. For unresolved safety concerns, please contact the Commission’s Consumer Affairs Branch at 1-800-649-7570.
