ESJ Gen-Tie Project Technical Studies
The EIR/EIS team used Major Use Permit (MUP) Application documents provided by the County of San Diego in addition to supplemental information/technical studies provided by the project applicants to address the ESJ Gen-Tie connection with the ECO Substation shift to the east.
