Minor Project Refinement Requests

The Commission decision approving the permit to construct authorizes Energy Division staff to approve requests by Crown Castle for minor project refinements. The decision states that the Energy Division may approve requests by Crown Castle for minor project refinements that may be necessary due to final engineering of the San Mateo County Project so long as such minor project refinements are located within the geographic boundary of the study area of the IS/ND and do not, without mitigation, result in a new significant impact or a substantial increase in the severity of a previously identified significant impact based on the criteria used in the environmental document; conflict with any mitigation measure or applicable law or policy; or trigger an additional permit requirement. Crown Castle shall seek any other project refinements by a petition to modify this decision.

Crown Castle's Minor Project Refinement Requests will be made available below when submitted to the CPUC.
