Cheryl Wynn serves as an Energy Advisor to Commissioner Shiroma from CPUC’s Energy Division. In Energy Division, Cheryl led the energy efficiency third-party program solicitation process as a senior regulatory analyst.  Prior to joining the CPUC in 2018, Cheryl managed utility energy efficiency residential portfolio of programs and services, which involved coordinating across market sectors and with demand response, distributed generation, and low-income programs to implement strategies and execute statewide marketing campaigns. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
