Kerry Fleisher joined the CPUC in 2017 and recently served as Energy Advisor to Commissioner Guzman Aceves. Prior to this role, Kerry worked in the CPUC’s Energy Division where she advised on retail choice policy, customer-sited renewable energy programs, and solar consumer protections. Before coming to the CPUC, Kerry worked at the Energy Foundation on strategic communications and state-based campaigns to advance clean energy policy. Kerry holds a Master of City and Regional Planning and Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley.
