Justin Galle

Justin joined the Commission’s Energy Division in 2021 and has worked on issues related to energy efficiency procurement, energy storage incentives, customer-sited renewable energy, and greenhouse gas reduction. 

Prior to the CPUC, Justin worked for several years in the Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget in New York City. He holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California Santa Barbara.
